This Shipping Policy explains how GetAll Peptides processes, packages, and ships orders within the United States and internationally.

Processing and dispatch

Orders placed before 3:00 PM on a business day (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, are dispatched on the next business day.

Packaging

Research materials are packed protectively and discreetly for safe transit. Where appropriate, items are prepared to help preserve product integrity during shipping.

Tracking

Tracking is provided on every order. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details so you can follow its progress.

Domestic and international delivery

We ship across the United States and worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and by customs processing for international orders. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost or delayed shipments

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or a package is marked delivered but not received, please contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier.
