This Refund & Returns Policy explains the circumstances under which GetAll Peptides accepts returns or issues refunds. Because our products are sensitive research materials, special handling rules apply.

Order issues we cover

We want you to receive exactly what you ordered, in good condition. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if any of the following occur:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • An item arrived damaged or with a compromised seal.
  • An item is missing from your order.
  • Your order did not arrive (see our Shipping Policy regarding tracking and lost packages).

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging where relevant.

Non-returnable items

For safety and research-integrity reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. Because these are research materials, we are unable to accept returns once a vial’s seal has been broken.

Resolution

For verified issues, we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing period for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

Cancellations

Orders that have not yet been dispatched may be eligible for cancellation. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
